Location
Directions: Turn south on Poinciana Blvd. from Hwy. 192. Turn left on Oren Brown Road. The Bellavida sales office is on the corner of Roma Way and Oren Brown Road. The Medieval Times Attraction on Route 192 is visible down Oren Brown Road from the site. However Bellavida is a peaceful location surrounded by traditional homes and woodland.
Progress
As of Mid April, the site had been cleared and infrastructure is being installed. Showhomes should be ready in the summer.

Description
The community will include a large clubhouse with concierge service, cyber cafe, exercise room, staffed gated entry, walking Trails, basketball court, sand volleyball court, formal garden areas, oversized zero entry pool.
Homes will be Mediterranean-style
2-story townhomes with barrel tile roofs. Each home will have
its own paved courtyard where a pool can be installed as an option.
Window blinds, all major appliances are included in each town home.
The community is less than a quarter mile from Route 192 where there are many attractions, restaurants and shops. Although this part of 192 is busy, as soon as you turn into Oren Brown Road, you enter a much calmer world. Bellavida is surrounded by homes on large plots and woodland to the rear. Access to the big attractions is easy along Poinciana Boulevard and Route 192.
Availability
Sales have only recently begun and there is good availability. Bellavida is zoned for short term rental but many of the buyers so far are people who intend to use the home as their main residence. Because of this Park Square Homes are being very flexible in their pricing. Basic prices start from $280,000. Packages including furnishings and pool are also available.
